Your agent will guess.
Teach it to write.

One install gives your agent six production modes plus a hand-off to recruiter-lens: the decoded job description, the tailored resume, bullets rewritten as action-task-result-impact, the keyword map, five summaries, the LinkedIn rewrite and twenty interview answers. All of it from your real experience only.

the vocabulary

Six ways it writes. One it hands off.

Or skip the modes. Hand it a resume and a job description and ask for the better version, and it names the mode it picked.

Production 6

Finished material, built only from your real experience.

  • decode JD + tailor
  • rewrite bullets
  • keyword map
  • five summaries
  • linkedin rewrite
  • interview answers

Judging 1

Anything that is a verdict belongs to the recruiter-lens skill. Mode 7 routes there, with a short fallback when it is not installed.

  • judge it (hand-off)

house rules

What the pen never does.

Invent nothing

Employers, titles, dates, tools and numbers come from you. A missing metric becomes a question or a visible [metric: ?] slot, never a guess you have to defend in an interview and a background check.

Truth before keywords

A JD keyword you cannot honestly claim goes on a gaps list, not into your resume. Placed keywords live inside true sentences; the human who reads after the parser notices stuffing.

No ATS promises

There is no real ATS here. Material is written to parse and to screen well, and any match estimate is a rubric judgment. For a verdict, the skill hands off to recruiter-lens.
